Sir Walter Padbury Park Thornlie

Playground * Dinosaurs * Picnic Shelters  * Toilets * BBQ's * Free Parking * Cricket Nets * Grassed Area

Sir Walter Padbury Park is a must visit for any little dinosaur fan! There are several dinosaur bones they can climb on and through in a sand pit area alongside the playground.

There are a couple of carparks with plenty of parking - its just a little walk to the playground and bbq area - so just keep this in mind if you need to carry a bit of stuff from the car.

The playground features a small play structure aimed at toddlers

A great climbing structure for the the bigger kids (which unfortunately is not in the shaded area)

This large birds nest swing was also popular

There is lots of grassed area too, and a few cricket nets, so bring the cricket bat and soccer/footballs along for a run around too!
