The Herdsman Lake Tavern Wembley is the perfect place to head out for a family meal any day of the week. You'll love enjoying your meal while the kids run around the large indoor playground.
There is someting special on every night for kids but Sunday is the best day for family dining at the Herdsman Lake Tavern with Kids Eat Free all day and free kids entertainment with Fun 2 Remember from 5-8pm Sundays.
They have a great range on the kids menu and all kids meals come with a drink in a sports sipper cup for just $9.90 (or free on Kids Eat Free days with the purchase of an adutls main meal). Meal options include nuggets, fish and chips, calamari, pizza and pasta, and there are a couple of gluten free kids menu items also.
For an additional $3 you can get the kids something sweet too. Choose from icecream, fruit salad, banana split, chocolate mouse and more.
There is lots to choose from on the menu for the grown ups too with a range of options to share, light meals and main meals. Light meals start from $19.90 up to $40.90 for a large 400g Rib Eye Steak. I enjoyed a delicious warm lamb salad. There are plenty of healthy, vegan, dairy free and gluten free options on the menu.
Plenty of seating is available right alongside the playground and high chairs are available also. The playground is enclosed within a room, in full view through the glass windows and doors.
The Herdsman Lake Tavern is the perfect place to dine with the family any day or night of the week. With sports playing on the big screen it's also a good option if you want to head out to watch the footy, cricket or other popular sporting match. The kids will love the indoor playground and food options - it's really a great place for the family to relax and enjoy a meal out in a casual family friendly dining atmosphere.
