The July School Holidays Perth are probably the most challenging for parents, with the weather not always so nice outside, it's hard to come up with ideas for things to do when it's raining outside. 

So here is your July School Holidays Survival Guide to help you through the holidays with ideas for things to do when its raining, details of some great winter snow & ice events, information on school holiday programs, school holiday events, shopping centre activities and recommendations on some free & cheap things to do. Hotel Esplanade Fremantle Atrium Garden Restaurant Family Movie Night 4th & 11th July

FREE Winter Rollerland Forrest Place Perth City 1st- 16th July
Bring the children along to enjoy the novelty of roller skating in the heart of the City at Winter Rollerland. Suitable for children aged 3 to 12. Limited Family Skate Sessions and Big Kid Sessions are available also.

The Funarium Claremont Showgrounds 7th - 9th July
Kids can enjoy seven hours of unlimited play in 10 themed zones with a focus on education, creativity and imagination!

Kids Wonderland Stirling 5th - 9th July
Experience the magic and wonder of unlimited show rides, interactive gaming, fabulous stage shows and educational exhibits under the one roof to create the ultimate Kids Wonderland!

Brickman: Wonders of the World Perth Exhibition Centre 22nd June - 30th July
These school holidays you can and with more than 50 awe-inspiring models on display at the ‘Wonders of the World’ exhibition, be taken on a hands-on educational journey through history, learning more about each attraction – real life and LEGO® life!

Lights by Dreamworks Crown Pyramid 23rd June - July 23rd
Shrek and Kung-Fu Panda will light up the Crown Pyramid from June. This is an exhibition style event with some of DreamWorks Animation’s best known characters in a large-scale lantern experience.

Make Your Own Pop Roc Candy Picadilly Arcade Perth 5th - 12th July
Get behind the scenes and make and decorate your own pop. All ages, $12pp.

Party in the Park Parmelia July 14th
Free amusuements, community stalls, activities, games and more.

Winterworld Sorrento Quay Boardwalk 24th June - July 16th
Winterworld’s ice skating rink will sit over the water on the Sorrento Quay Amphitheatre – ocean views on one side and a cosy, covered family area on the other, with multiple delicious food and beverage options.

Winterworld Fremantle Esplanade 24th June - 16th July
Fremantle Esplanade will be breaking the ice with Australia’s largest pop-up outdoor ice-rink accompanied by the cosiest of bars. Sit by the open fit pit roasting marshmallows, sip on delicious hot chocolates, mulled wines and winter treats all whilst overlooking picturesque pine trees or taking part in the loads of rides and winter entertainment.

Skating at Elizabeth Quay 23rd June - 16th July
This family friendly event is ideal for people of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are new to the ice or a pro, Skating At has something for everybody.

If they are climbing the walls and it's one of those days that is so wet outside there is not choice but to stay inside - then here are some great indoor activity ideas to keep burn off some of that energy, keep them active or to keep them busy. 

Inflatable World - With locations in Mandurah, Joondalup, Leeming, Shenton Park and Ballajura, this is your go to for indoor action during the school holidays.

Art Cafes - If you want to enjoy some quality down time during the holidays head to your local art cafe to paint and enjoy something special from the cafe too.

Ten Pin Bowling - Whats better than taking the kids out for lunch or dinner? Take them out for lunch and dinner AND ten pin bowling.

Laser Tag - Settle that family rivalry over a game of laser tag. Check your local centre for school holidays specials and put this on your list of ideas for a rainy day..

Rock Climbing at City Summit Malaga - Give your child the experience they will never forget. Get indoor rock climbing with discount entry all school holidays or enrol them in a 3 day climbing course. Indoor climbing is perfect in winter and loads of fun.
