Lathlain Park

Lathlain Park Features: Play Space | Basketball Court | Skate Park | Water Fountain | Toilets | BBQs | Seating | Picnic Tables | Cafes Nearby | Limited Parking on Game Days

Lathlain Park is a beautiful play space and youth zone alongside the Mineral Resources Park Oval and is close to nearby cafes.

This is more of a play space than a playground, with a walk though pathway from the cafe strip, past the play areas to the skate park and basketball court, with lovely natural shading along the way.

There are two play areas with low level play more suited to younger children and with a nature based play focus. Both feature natural shade dependant on the time of the day.

Just a short stroll from the play areas is the youth zone with a basketball court and small skate park. A wide pathway connects all the areas so kids will enjoy scootering in between.

The toilets and BBQs are located a little further up from the play areas, skate park and basketball court and overlook the West Coast Eagles training ground.

Lathlain Park is just a short stroll from the Lathlain cafe strip and the larger Rayment Park.

Lathalin Park is a nice little play space to walk through after grabbing a coffee from a nearby cafe, or to hang out and enjoy the play areas, skate park and basketball court. Note: parking can be difficult on WAFL & AFLW game days.
