There are many places to dine out or have a coffee in Margaret River, but not all of them are suitable for families. Here are some of the places we love to go with the kids for a bite to eat, or to enjoy a quiet coffee.
The Hairy Marron Margaret River
If you are looking for somewhere to have a nice quiet coffee and cake then you must go to Amazen. Better known for it's mazes and beautiful native grounds, Amazen also has a small cafe before you enter the maze area that has a collection of great family board games and they make a beautiful coffee! (no entry fee required if you just want to use the cafe).
Millers Ice Cream & Farm Cafe is another great place to enjoy a coffee while the kids have a play. They have a yummy range of their own Millers Ice cream, coffees cakes and light meals. Heaps of room for the kids to run around - and enjoy short bush walk after your ice cream.
Margaret River Chocolate Factory Metricup
The Margaret River Chocolate Factory is also a great place to have a coffee, dessert or light lunch.
The kids will love running around on the grassed area and exploring the edge of the surrounding forest. They'll love playing hide and seek behind the tall trees on the grassed area and climbing on all the cut logs
Enjoy a light meal or coffee at the Yallingup Maze! You can pay to enter the maze or enter the cafe area with playground and table games and puzzles for free (you can use the bouncy castle too by donation)
