Pinnaroo Point Beach Park Hillarys is a grassy reserve close to the beach with a 3/4 fenced playground, perfect for a beachside play.
The playground is located close to the beach access and makes a great location for a play and a swim at the beach on a warm day.
Within the playground are play features mostly suited to toddlers, preschoolers and early pre primary children.
The main play structure includes two slides with varying heights, with rope bridge between the two, monkey bars and rope cargo climb to access it.
Little climbers will love this cubby house with rock climbing walls over the top.
The surface of the playground is mostly sand, however there is a soft fall pathway that leads to the swings, that allows all abiltiies access to the swings.
The little role and sand play section in front of the swings is also bound to be a hit with the younger ones. Complete with shop front, cafe menu and prices and a sand play wheel and scoop.
The playground is 3/4 fenced to provide protection from the shared pathway that runs alongside the playground. This shared pathway goes up and down the coast in both directions, so you can add a walk to your play. The foreshore features a few picnic shelters and toilets. No BBQs are available however. There is plenty of parking with a large carpark in front of the playground.
If you are looking for a coffee or refreshments to take to the park, Hillarys Boat Harbour and Lot One Kitchen is only a short drive away. Additionally there is usually a coffee van and food truck on the corner of Whitfords Ave and Northshore Drive.
