Port Coogee Beach Marina

***WARNING! THIS IS AN UNPATROLLED BEACH & WHILE THE WATER IS SHALLOW THERE IS A LARGE SUDDEN DROP OFF. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ARMS REACH***

* Shallow Swimming Area * Splash Pad Water Play * Showers * Toilets * BBQ's * Cafe * Disabled/Pram Beach Access * Free Parking

The beautiful Port Coogee Marina (also know as Ngarkal Beach) is the perfect beach paradise for little ones. This amazing marina has been built in the the Port Coogee estate.

The water is dead calm and has a only a slight incline so is nice and shallow (but be careful of the drop off see Safety Considerations below). There is also ramp access to the beach and a pathway laid out to the water's edge so there is good pram or disabled access onto the beach.

Kids don't need to be splashing at the beach to keep cool here. Splash Park is located up on the grassed area near the BBQ and features a splash pad water play feature.

Kids will also love exploring the gardens on the grassy foreshore area.

Shelters, tables & chairs, showers and toilets are located on the grassy foreshore - so everything you need to spend the day at this fantastic beach is here.mThe carpark is located in close proximity to the beach so no long walks to the beach carrying all your gear! And if it's a coffee or a light meal your after then head to the Dome just across from carpark.

Safey Considerations: This is an unpatrolled beach and is shallow but has a large drop off further out into the water. Supervise young children at arms reach at all times

How to Get There: Carpark located on Cnr Medina Pde & Maraboo Wharf
